Home Performance Crew Leaders and Professionals
Must be able to climb ladders, enter attics, basements, crawl spaces, and roofs. Must have basic math, computer, and e-mail skills. Must be able to use various testing equipment, and use basic tools. Must have own transportation and a valid clean driver’s license. Must be able to install light bulbs, shower heads, thermostats, do basic wiring, caulking, and blown in insulation. Crew Leaders must exhibit leadership and teaching abilities and have solid experience.
Electrical Light Reduction Assistant
Trainees work directly with an experienced electrician to be taught everything needed to e?ectively cut lighting cost by up to 70%. ELRAs will have the opportunity to become a Crew Leader as a lighting electri- cian which could grow into a management/training position.
Electrical Assistant
Must be physically ?t in order to climb ladders, and work in high places. Must not be afraid of electricity, as position entails working with lighting ?xtures. Must want to become an electrician.
Sales Professional
Must like selling and have basic sales experience. New Sales Professionals are taught, over a six month training period, all the energy saving concepts and sales techniques so that services can be properly com- municated to potential clients.
