EMS and NHSNYC partner up!

EMS and NHSNYC (Neighborhood Housing Services of N.Y.City) are proud to announce a new (M.O.U.) Memorandum of Understanding.

NHSNYC has offices in every borough in NYC and provides home mortgages and home ownership courses for tens of thousands of new homeowners in NYC. NHSNY also represents Fannie Mae and the New York Green Job Refinancing Law for homeowners.

NHSNYC also implements Community outreach efforts for NYSERDA in Staten Island, Brooklyn and Queens NY.
EMS will be opening training centers in Staten Island and Manhattan to offer its full spectrum of B.P.I. affiliated curriculum.

EMS will also be creating sustainable jobs by serving NHSNYC’s tens of thousands of clients by helping them save money and increase the equity in their homes by weatherizing their homes. The two groups are excited about working together and to initiate this long term relationship.
