20,000 Apartment Multi Family Units and Growing

EMS’s Multi Family division has become a part of one of the most successful conservation efforts in N.Y.C. by working with (N.Y.C.H.A.), The New York City Public Housing Authority, Con Edison's Multi Family 5 to 75 units Program and the (C & I) Commercial and Industrial over 75 units programs.

EMS has installed hundreds of thousands of CFL’s, retrofitted tens of thousands of fixtures in kitchens, hallways, lobbies and common areas and knocked on tens of thousands of doors to make people aware of the conservation programs available to them.

We are contracted to retrofit another 10,000 units within the next few months.
