EMS/ ConEd Utilities/ Lockheed Martin

Energy Management Solutions is proud to announce that we have been awarded a 3 ½ year contract with Lockheed Martin to market, audit and install the ConEd (SBDI) Small Business Direct Install program.

EMS will service Westchester, Manhattan and Staten Island N.Y. and has hired 10 salespeople, 6 program installers and 2 managers to administer the program.

Energy Management Solutions will offer free audits, install up to $100.00 worth of CFL’s and 70% rebates on electrical and refrigeration retrofits.

EMS is a part of the ConEd Green Team and will represent Con Ed’s conservation programs to their energy users.  EMS is expected to complete work for over 25 Con Ed businesses per week.

EMS has already contracted Post Offices, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pizza Hut, Salvation Army, Valvoline Stations and many other high profile clients.
