Save money in your home with enhanced incentives from Home Performance!
Home Performance with ENERGY STAR offers "whole house” solutions to reduce both your energy costs and carbon footprint. Installing energy efficient upgrades through the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Program in your home can save you up to 40% on energy costs and increase the comfort, safety, and durability of your home.
What's the next step?
The first step is to schedule a trained and certified technician to conduct an assessment of your home from top to bottom. The technician will take inventory and report on the current conditions of your home. After the assessment, you will receive a report listing recommended measures, along with financial incentives available to pay for the recommended improvement work.
Act now so you can start saving on the energy use in your home. Imagine what you'll be able to do with the money you save throughout your home!
New Jersey homeowners will have until December 31, 2014 to receive up to $5,000 in financial incentives (not to exceed 50% of the total project cost of the eligible measures) . Homeowners also may qualify for 0% interest financing (up to $10,000) when they have energy-efficient upgrades performed on their home.
IMPORTANT : Funding available for oil, propane, and municipal electric customers
Funding is available for oil, propane, and municipal electric customers who wish to participate in the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR (HPwES) Program. The funding will be available until June 30, 2012 or until the funds are fully exhausted, whichever comes first.
Note: Under HPwES Program, the final project completion paperwork needs to be submitted to the program by 5 pm on June 30, 2012.
